Shipping costs are based on the package weight, cost of registered post if sent by Royal Mail (recorded delivery) plus packaging within the UK.Shipping for overseas orders will be calculated at the time of placing an order. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For or Airsure.
All UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail First & Second Class Registered Post, larger items will be shipped by our courier.
All orders will need to be signed for on delivery.
Should an item sent within the UK not arrive within 14 working days of being sent we will refund or replace the item free of charge. Should an item sent outside the UK not arrive within 28 working days of being sent we will refund or replace the item free of charge.
If orders are returned to us due to no one being available to sign for it, then you will be charged a fee which we incur from our Courier proportional to the size & weight of your package. Additionally, you will be required to pay extra postage and packaging costs on the order before we re-dispatch it to you. If we do not receive payment for this postage within 7 days, your order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded for the transaction, less postage and packaging costs and a 10% administration fee.
There may be rare occasions when goods may not be in stock with either us or our suppliers and therefore delivery may take longer than this. Orders placed with us are not an absolute guarantee the product is currently in stock in our warehouse although we try our utmost to ensure it is. Where an item of your order is out of stock we will inform you by email within 48 working hours of your order.
In the event of a delay in more than 90 days in gaining a response on products ordered, we will automatically issue a credit note to the customers account and cancel the outstanding order.
Delivery Schedule
You can choose how fast you receive your order by selecting which type of postage you would like on the shipping page when making an order. Royal Mail First & Second Class Delivery options cannot be guaranteed as next day or two days. Courier deliveries should be next working day on most orders, but on rare occasions may take two working days. International orders are generally received in less than 14 days but may take up to 35 days.
Out of Stock Items
We may from time to time run out of stock of certain items that still show as in-stock on the website, whereby we can get these items next day from our suppliers. This will not delay your order more than 48 hours except in exceptional circumstances.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Camelbak Products
Some Camelbak products such as specific patterns like ACU may take up to 6 weeks to arrive if they have to be ordered from the United States, although we do keep stock where possible please ask if you would prefer to know before ordering if your chosen product may be one of these items. Generally, normal Camelbak product patterns/colours such as Black,Foliage Green or Coyote will be held in stock.
Paypal Charges
For orders made through paypal we add a 2% processing fee because of the excessive charges.
Credit Card Security
Credit card security. We know of no documented case of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using thawte 128 bit encryption. Your details are not held as clear text on any web site.
Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 calendar days of receipt (unless they are specially arranged bulk orders). We will refund the total value of your order less postage and packing and a 8% administration fee within 30 days of cancellation and return of goods. Goods received back after 7 calendar days of receipt will only be exchanged for a credit note and not refunded.
We require that any returned goods are sent by registered post at your expense and returned in the same condition within 7 days. (If goods are not sent by registered post, we cannot be held responsible if they do not reach us).
If you are sent an incorrect item it is still your responsibility to return it which must also happen within 7 days from receipt.
We will replace or repair (not refund) any goods that fail, excluding those that fail due to fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and those that have failed after lasting a reasonable amount of time. You should email us to arrange a replacement of goods. Once we have agreed to accept those goods, we require that they be returned to us within 7 days, any goods sent after this time will be rejected. If we are unable to replace your product due to stock limitations, we can offer a refund of a proportion of the total cost less time in use, or an alternative product or credit note to the total value of the goods.
Any item which is normally worn next to the skin cannot be returned for refund for hygiene reasons. Any perishable item such as foodstuffs also cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please ensure that returned goods are well packed to prevent possible injury to postal workers or damage to goods.
